1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by rich1988, you acknowledge that you have fully read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by all provisions contained herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are requested not to use the rich1988 platform.

These terms apply to all platform users, including registered members, website visitors, and any party interacting with rich1988's services in any form. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2Membership Eligibility

To register and use the rich1988 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Be an individual acting on their own behalf, and not on behalf of any business entity or third party.
• Not be a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where online gambling is fully prohibited under local law.
• Not currently be serving a self-exclusion period requested with rich1988 or any related platform.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.

Rich1988 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm a member's eligibility. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

3Account Registration

Each individual is only allowed to hold one (1) active account at rich1988 at any one time. It is the member's responsibility to ensure all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Inaccurate or false information may result in account termination without any refund.

Members are solely responsible for:

• Keep their account username and password confidential.
• Do not share your login credentials with any other party.
• Ensure that no other party uses their account without authorization.
• Notify rich1988 immediately if they suspect any unauthorized access to their account.

Rich1988 will not be liable for any financial or data losses arising from a member's failure to comply with the account security responsibilities above. Any activity carried out using your login credentials will be deemed as carried out by you.

4Deposits & Payments

Rich1988 supports a range of safe and convenient deposit methods for Malaysians, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and direct bank transfer. All deposits are processed using 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure the security of your transactions.

The terms relating to deposits are as follows:

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated in the Deposit platform.
• All deposits must be made from a bank account or digital wallet registered in the member's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Rich1988 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your financial institution may impose their own charges.
• Successful deposits will be credited to your account instantly or within the timeframe specified, depending on the payment method chosen.
• If your deposit has not been credited within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team with proof of transaction for further investigation.

5Fund Withdrawal

Rich1988 members may withdraw funds from their account at any time, subject to the following conditions. We aim to process all withdrawals within 1 to 30 minutes for most payment methods, although in some cases it may take longer depending on the verification process.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same member's name.
• Members may be required to complete an identity verification (KYC) process before their first withdrawal or before withdrawals above a certain amount can be processed.
• The minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the Withdrawal platform.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the rollover requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Rich1988 reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold for security checks or identity verification purposes if deemed necessary.
• Withdrawals suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or terms violations will be frozen pending the completion of an investigation.

6Bonuses & Promotions

Rich1988 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our loyal members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer, as well as the general provisions in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Every bonus received must be rolled over at the specified rate before any withdrawal containing bonus funds is permitted.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each member is entitled to a particular bonus once per promotion only, unless otherwise stated in the promotion's terms.
• Bonus Exploitation Prohibition: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through multiple account registrations, hedging bets, or other methods deemed as bonus abuse will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and possible account closure.

• Fraud, attempted money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Threats, abuse, or harassment directed at rich1988 staff or other members.
• Use of unauthorized software or attempts to hack the rich1988 system.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team. Any valid account balance (excluding bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the member upon completion of the verification process.

For members who wish to exclude themselves from the platform for responsible gaming reasons, rich1988 provides a self-exclusion option that can be activated through the Responsible Gaming. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours.

9Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable law, rich1988 shall not be liable for:

The "Updated" date shown at the top of this page indicates when these terms were last amended. Continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between a member and rich1988 relating to the use of the platform or the interpretation of these terms, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through rich1988's official customer support channels.
